In collaboration with the Joukowsky Institute for Archaeology and the Ancient World, Brown University, the third archaeological research campaign at the site of the Roman olive oil production complex in Barbariga is being carried out from 11 to 29 May 2026.

In collaboration with Brown University, Joukowsky Institute for Archaeology and the Ancient World (USA), the research of the Roman olive oil factory in Barbariga has continued.

On March 31st, we began the spring field research campaign at Monte Ricco. Undergraduate archaeology students from the Faculty of Humanities in Pula are also participating in the research.
